Carers Community Officer
£16.5k per annum plus pension scheme (PRO RATA)

Part-time: (20 hours) per week.

Three year contract

The post holder will take a lead in supporting carers through an established GP Outreach programme, support those GP practices involved in the initiative and to assist in the development of the project. In conjunction with colleagues the post will ensure that the Outreach services are responsive to carers of all types and from all communities across Belfast. Essential criteria will include a proven & successful record of work within the voluntary and community and/or statutory care sector in a similar type of role.
